|Recommended: YesOverall, a Pleasant experience — Really my only complaints are the parking is a little crowded and my upstairs neighbors' dog barks a lot, but that's the case with every apartment and isn't that bid of a problem. I love it here

|Recommended: YesNice Place — Very nice place for a good price. Kids play outside all day by the play ground, but otherwise it's extremely quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.

|Recommended: NoNice Properties but bugs very Loud Neighbors — I would have been better off renting a small house than renting. I didn't expect to have roach problems or neighbors with bass boosted music late at night. Considering an early lease takeover because I am too frustrated with noise several hours of the day.
